These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases and use of products from Pnu-Point Mortar Gun Ltd., registered in the United Kingdom under company number 16259633. By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We aim to provide accurate descriptions and images of our mortar gun tool products. However, we cannot guarantee that every detail is 100% accurate. All products are sold subject to availability. We offer a standard warranty of 12 months return to base from the date of delivery. This covers manufacturing defects but excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, or wear and tear. Please retain your proof of purchase.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 Business Days of receipt of payment. Delivery times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered to the address provided. Please inspect your delivery upon arrival and notify us of any damage or missing items within 5 working days.
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using one of the accepted methods listed at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including if a product is incorrectly priced or becomes unavailable.
