Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pnu-Point. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand our fulfilment process and your delivery expectations when ordering our mortar gun tools.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 Business Days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, or customs processing.
We currently use DPD and Royal Mail for most deliveries. If you have a preferred courier, please contact us before placing your order.
Pnu-Point Mortar Gun Ltd. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with the courier to file a claim and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Pnu-Point Mortar Gun Ltd. is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your parcel is returned to us due to delivery failure, we may charge for re-delivery.
