Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy sets out your rights when returning goods purchased from Pnu-Point Mortar Gun Ltd., registered in the United Kingdom under company number 16259633.

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling.

To cancel your order, please contact us in writing at admin@pnupoint.com within the 14-day period. You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods at your cost.

2. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Be returned in the original packaging.
• Include proof of purchase with the returned items (the receipt that was sent to you on purchase.)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us within 365 days of receiving the item with a description of the fault and supporting photographs and proof of purchase.

We recommend using a tracked postal service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 working days and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product (e.g. due to ordering the wrong item), please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

7. Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for:

• Products that have been used, damaged through misuse, or altered in any way.
• Items returned beyond 28 days of purchase unless covered by a warranty.
